Question Why was my order cancelled?
AnswerAn order is cancelled in the event of fraudulent behaviour. If our system identifies an order containing false or fake information, the order will be cancelled. If you consider the cancelled order to be a mistake, please contact info@projectlondonclothing.com.
Question How do I return an item?
AnswerIf you are not happy with an item please contact support@projectlondonclothing.com. In order to be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be in an untampered state whereby items are unworn and unwashed – tags must also be completely intact and still attached to the product. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items returned from the customer after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund but instead maybe exchanged.

 

Tracked delivery is recommended for returned items as a refund or exchange will not be available if items aren’t received.

 

It is important to note that items cannot be returned after 30 days unless recommended by customer support (support@projectlondonclothing.com). Item(s) received from a customer that is 30 days old will be kept for 14 days in order to give the customer an opportunity to arrange a pick-up with the courier. Item(s) – after this period of 14 days – will then be returned to stock. We are not responsible for financing the cost of delivering the item(s) back to you. In the event of courier pick-up, you must contact us at support@projectlondonclothing.com and provide us with the information associated with the collection (e.g. date and time).

Question I have received a faulty product, what do I do now?
AnswerUpon receiving a faulty product, please don’t hesitate to contact support@projectlondonclothing.com attaching a description of the damage to the item with photographic evidence. Please only send the faulty item back to us if advised to by customer support.
